From 18 to 25 June 1980, I resided at Egídio Álvaro’s Galerie Diagonale in Paris. On the first day, I performed the performance ‘Death-Interruption - 2’, on the last ‘Diagonal - 1’, ‘Diagonal - 2’(with Ria Pacquée) and ‘Installation - 4’.

On June 20, 1980, I bought a recent copy of ‘Qui? Police’, a French popular crime magazine. I decided to mimic the pictures of the criminals on the magazine’s cover with two poses of myself accurately imitating the facial expressions and clothes of the two monsters. 

The photographs were taken by Mark Devos, who along with Devos, Frank Pinckers, Johan De Smet and Ria Pacquee spent the whole week in the gallery as a temporary tableau vivant.
